Quality Management

The Quality Management System governing IMS’ refurbishment processes and supporting resources is independently certified to ISO 9001:2008, a standard established and maintained by the International Organization for Standardization. IMS processes and quality systems are independently audited by the British Standards Institution to ensure continuing suitability, sustainability, and compliance with ISO requirements. Guided by the Prime Directive “Act As If Your Loved One is on the Table,” IMS has patient safety and customer satisfaction at the core of its Quality Management System.
